Stir-fried Spinach & Tofu Skin

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 bunch of spinach, leaves picked
  • 100 grams of tofu skin (beancurd), soaked in warm water and then chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock (optional)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for sautéing

Cara Membuat:

  • Heat oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped tofu skin and stir well.
  • Pour in the water, then add the soy sauce, salt, pepper, and mushroom stock.
  • Add the spinach last and stir briefly until wilted.
  • Serve hot! Enjoy this savory and healthy stir-fried spinach and tofu skin!
