Nasi Goreng Mengkudu

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of white rice
  • 15 young noni leaves
  • Ground spices:
  • 6 shallots
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 5 curly red chilies
  • 5 bird’s eye chilies
  • 1 piece of turmeric
  • Salt

How to Cook:

  • Wash and finely slice the noni leaves.
  • Grind the spices until smooth.
  • Sauté the spices until fragrant, then add the sliced ​​noni leaves until they wilt.
  • Add the rice to the spice mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Add salt to taste and adjust the seasoning.
