Nasi Goreng Mengkudu
Ingredients:
2 liters of white rice
15 young noni leaves
Ground spices:
6 shallots
6 garlic cloves
5 curly red chilies
5 bird’s eye chilies
1 piece of turmeric
Salt
How to Cook:
Wash and finely slice the noni leaves.
Grind the spices until smooth.
Sauté the spices until fragrant, then add the sliced noni leaves until they wilt.
Add the rice to the spice mixture and stir until well combined.
Add salt to taste and adjust the seasoning.
