Tofu with Chili Salt

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces of white tofu ⁠
  • 5 cloves of garlic ⁠
  • 2 cloves of shallots ⁠
  • 4 bird’s eye chilies ⁠
  • 3 stalks of spring onions ⁠
  • Salt, sugar, and pepper powder to taste

How to Cook:

  • Roughly chop the garlic, shallots, spring onions, and bird’s eye chilies.
  • ⁠Then cut the tofu into the desired shape, here we cut it into small rectangles for a crispier texture.
  • Heat the oil and fry the sliced ​​tofu until golden brown and crispy.
  • ⁠Sauté the roughly chopped ingredients in the oil
  • ⁠Add the fried tofu to the remaining ingredients- Stir-fry
  •  ⁠Add salt, sugar, and pepper to adjust the flavor.
