Vegetable Mushroom Pasta ala Chef Degan

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr pasta fusili 
  • 2 pcs King Oyster Mushroom
  • 3 pcs Button Mushroom 
  • 1 cup Vegetable mix
  • 3 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp cop parsley 
  • 1 tsp chopped onions 
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Cook:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add onion and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add king oyster mushrooms, sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Then add button mushrooms, stir until everything is mixed and the mushroom aroma comes out.
  5. After that, add mixed vegetables (corn, peas, green beans, carrots), stir again for about 1 minute.
  6. Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
  7. Add fusilli pasta, stir until everything is evenly mixed, then adjust the seasoning again.
  8. Add finely chopped parsley leaves.
  9. Turn off the heat and the Vegetable Mushroom Pasta is ready to be served.
