Stir-fried Spinach & Tofu Skin
Ingredients:
1 bunch of spinach, leaves picked
100 grams of tofu skin (beancurd), soaked in warm water and then chopped
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock (optional)
100 ml water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds for sautéing
How to Cook:
Heat oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the chopped tofu skin and stir well.
Pour in the water, then add the soy sauce, salt, pepper, and mushroom stock.
Add the spinach last and stir briefly until wilted.
Serve hot! Enjoy this savory and healthy stir-fried spinach and tofu skin!
