Cara kita hidup sekarang\u2014di usia 20\u201340-an\u2014bakal sangat menentukan kondisi tubuh kita nanti. Kalau di usia muda kesehatan sering diremehkan, biasanya baru kerasa dampaknya pas sudah tua. Dan seperti biasa, penyesalan sering datang belakangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Survei Pergemi (2022) tentang kondisi kesehatan lansia di Indonesia menunjukkan ada 16 penyakit kronis yang sering diderita. Tiga yang terbesar adalah hipertensi (37,8%), diabetes (22,9%), dan penyakit jantung (11,4%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak yang mengira penyakit-penyakit ini \u201cwajar karena umur\u201d. Padahal, sebagian besar berawal dari kebiasaan hidup yang kurang sehat sejak muda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Makanya, penting banget buat mulai aware dari sekarang\u2014mulai dari menjaga pola makan, rutin bergerak, mengelola stres, dan menghindari zat adiktif. Semakin cepat kita sadar risikonya, semakin besar peluang kita untuk hidup lebih sehat dan nyaman di masa depan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pola Makan Asal-asalan = Bom Waktu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pola makan punya pengaruh besar pada kesehatan. Ada pepatah, \u201cKamu adalah apa yang kamu makan\u201d dan itu benar: apa yang kita konsumsi hari ini menentukan bagaimana tubuh bekerja ketika kita masuk usia 50-an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Minuman manis, fast food, camilan tinggi gula dan karbohidrat, tapi kalau kebanyakan, itu ibarat bom waktu di dalam tubuh.Jika kita sering minum minuman manis, makan fast food, atau  makanan olahan tinggi gula dan karbohidrat, itu sebenarnya seperti bom waktu di dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika kita sering minum minuman manis, makan fast food, atau  makanan olahan tinggi gula dan karbohidrat, itu sebenarnya seperti bom waktu di dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Survei Jakpat pada 2024 menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi fast food, khususnya Gen Z, sangat bergantung pada makanan cepat saji. Sekitar 49% Gen Z mengaku mengkonsumsi fast food 1-2 kali per minggu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Di sisi lain, terdapat keterkaitan dengan sebelumnya, di mana permintaan terhadap produk daging olahan pun ikut meningkat. Menurut Direktorat Jenderal Pengembangan Ekspor Nasional Kementerian Perdagangan, angkanya melonjak hingga 6-10% per tahun dengan varian sosis dan nugget menjadi yang paling dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Kenaikan konsumsi seperti ini jelas berbahaya karena berkaitan langsung dengan meningkatnya penyakit tidak menular (PTM) di masyarakat, seperti diabetes, hipertensi, obesitas, dan penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Solusinya nggak harus ekstrem. Salah satu langkah simpel yang bisa dicoba adalah Meatless Monday\u2014nggak makan daging setiap hari Senin dan menggantinya dengan sayur, buah, dan protein nabati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelihatannya sepele, tapi kebiasaan kecil seperti ini bisa berdampak besar buat kesehatan jangka panjang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurang Gerak dan Stres: Duo Paling Berbahaya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Kalau pola makan buruk adalah masalah dari apa yang masuk ke tubuh, maka kurang gerak adalah masalah dari apa yang tidak kita keluarkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banyak anak muda, khususnya yang sudah bekerja, menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam duduk di depan layar ponsel, laptop atau komputernya sekadar bermain game daring atau scroll hp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kebiasaan duduk berlama-lama ini disebut dengan gaya hidup sedentari, yaitu minimnya aktivitas fisik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Gaya hidup mager ini berbahaya karena bisa menurunkan daya tahan tubuh,  memicu obesitas, meningkatkan risiko diabetes tipe 2 akibat penumpukan gula dalam darah, membuat jantung lebih rentan, hingga menimbulkan gangguan kecemasan dan masalah mental lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Untuk menguranginya, bisa mencoba berdiri atau berjalan sebentar setiap satu jam, atau melakukan olahraga ringan saat ada jeda waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain bergerak, mengelola stres juga nggak kalah penting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres yang dipendam terus bisa berdampak pada pencernaan, berat badan, kualitas tidur, dan meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung dan stroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa cara sederhana buat ngurangin stres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>olahraga rutin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meditasi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>makan makanan bergizi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>curhat ke orang yang dipercaya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ngelakuin hobi yang disukai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gaya hidup kurang gerak yang disertai stres berkepanjangan dapat mempercepat kerusakan tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karena itu, penting untuk memulai memperbaiki kebiasaan sehari-hari agar terhindar dari berbagai risikonya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mulai Sekarang, Bukan Nanti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Menjaga kesehatan itu bukan pilihan, tapi kebutuhan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menghindari pola makan buruk, kurang gerak, dan stres berlebihan adalah bentuk sayang pada diri sendiri\u2014dan bentuk syukur atas tubuh yang kita punya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pertanyaannya sekarang: sudahkah kamu cukup peduli sama tubuhmu sendiri?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Kalau belum, tenang\u2014nggak pernah ada kata terlambat buat mulai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Referensi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Alodokter. 2024.
